Common questions
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The setup wizard walks you through Stripe, video, and email keys with copy-paste instructions. If you can paste an API key into a form field, you can launch in an afternoon. We only see code questions on custom domains.
Can my Android members use the platform?
Yes — the web app is the primary surface and it's built mobile-first. iOS members get an optional native app on top with push notifications and offline downloads, but every feature works the same on Android, desktop, and tablet.
How does billing work?
Stripe is the merchant of record under your own account, so payouts go directly to your bank. We don't take a platform cut or per-transaction fee — you pay Stripe's standard processing rate (typically 2.9% + 30¢) and a flat monthly subscription to us. No per-seat charges, no revenue share.
Can I run live 1-on-1 calls?
Yes. Bookings, payment, and the live room are all built in — your member picks a slot, pays, and joins from a link on your domain. Recordings save to their library automatically. No third-party Zoom or Calendly accounts required.
