Common questions
01Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The setup wizard walks you through Stripe, video, and email keys with copy-paste instructions. If you can paste an API key into a form field, you can launch in an afternoon. We only see code questions on custom domains.
02Can my Android members use the platform?
Yes — the web app is the primary surface and it's built mobile-first. iOS members get an optional native app on top with push notifications and offline downloads, but every feature works the same on Android, desktop, and tablet.
03How does billing work?
You pick the model at fork time. Run as a single-coach platform — Stripe is the merchant of record under your own account, payouts land directly in your bank, you pay Stripe's standard processing rate (typically 2.9% + 30¢) and our flat subscription. Or run as a multi-coach platform via Stripe Connect — each coach connects their own Stripe, payouts go directly to the coach, and you keep a configurable application fee on every transaction. No per-seat charges from us either way.
04Can I run this with multiple coaches?
Yes. The platform ships with Stripe Connect end-to-end: each coach onboards their own Stripe account from the coach dashboard, manages their own products and pricing, and gets paid directly. You set the platform fee (a fixed percentage taken on each charge) and keep full white-label control of the storefront, scheduler, and member experience. Works for everything from a 2-coach partnership to a 50-coach agency.
05Can I run live 1-on-1 calls?
Yes. Bookings, payment, and the live room are all built in — your member picks a slot, pays, and joins from a link on your domain. Recordings save to their library automatically. No third-party Zoom or Calendly accounts required.
